ONLINE AND GET AN INTERVIEW APPOINTMENT FROM OUR STAFF AT
THIS TIME.**
These
positions working at the new Cowboys Stadium will require
you to be available to work EVERY home Dallas Cowboys
football game, and you will have to report to the Stadium five
hours ahead of time. If the game is at Noon, you will
have to be there at 7am. If the Monday night game is
at 7:30, you will have to be there at 2:30 on Monday afternoon. You
WILL have to commit to working Thanksgiving day, and the
weekends just after New Year's Eve. If you cannot work all of the
dates listed below, you should not apply. You will also be
asked to work concerts and other events throughout the year
(SEE EVENTS
CALENDAR), and we hope you can work at least 75% of
those events.
You will also need to pass a criminal background check and a
drug screen, before starting your employment. Pay for these
positions will start at $9 per hour. You will be trained to
do many jobs in the Stadium, and you’ll need to be flexible
to do any of the jobs you’ve been trained for. These jobs
include:
Concierge Ticket Takers
Concierge Ticket Taker Supervisors
Elevator Operators - Clubs & Suite
Concierge Staff Supervisors
Access Control
Elevator Operators
Ticket Takers
Ticket Taker Supervisors
Ushers
Usher Supervisors
Guest Service Attendants
Guest Service Supervisors
All of these jobs require excellent customer service
demeanor, and a polished and professional attitude. You
will also be responsible for a portion of your uniform,
including slacks, black shoes and socks, and a black belt.
You will be supplied with a shirt or tie and blazer,
depending on the job you are selected for, and you will be
responsible for the cleaning of the uniform components
supplied to you. You will be deducted $25.00 for the
uniform from your initial training pay.
Working at
the new Cowboys Stadium will be a fun and rewarding
experience, but it is WORK. You will need to be focused on
guest services, and creating a positive experience for
guests of Cowboys Stadium. Failure to provide 100%
attention to the job and to the guests will result in your
termination. Activities that will get you terminated
include:

Being
rude or unresponsive to guests or other employees

Any
personal activity, like cell phone calls, texting, etc.

No
showing to an event that you were confirmed to work

Any
other violation of the employee code of conduct
