| Question |
Answer |
| Why
should I use email instead of
calling to get my questions
answered? |
Don't
get us wrong, WE LOVE HEARING FROM
YOU, but email allows you to give us
more detail regarding your payroll
needs and we have representatives
engaged online in greater numbers to
help you.
ALSO,
we use our phone lines to make
contact with the team at the
Stadium, so the more time we
dedicate to them on the phones the
quicker we are able to get responses
back to you.
Send
an email to payroll@go2innovative.com. |
| How
do I contact Innovative about a
complaint or give my feedback
regarding my experience since I was
hired? |
We
thought we were perfect!!! But on
the off-chance we have failed to
make you 150% happy with your
experience at Innovative or the
Stadium, send us
an email so we can make sure we
improve for you. We are always
trying to get better for you, and
the best way to do that is to hear
directly from you. Your email will
be routed directly to the top at
Innovative. |
| When
will I get paid? |

| When
is the end of the work week? |
The
stadium work week runs from Thursday
through Wednesday, very common in
the Event Industry

| Why
is my Direct Deposit not active yet? |
We
at Innovative have been very careful
to set all our direct deposits using
a system called Positive Pay, which
takes anywhere from 10-14 business
days depending on your bank. We
enter all new direct deposits each
Monday, so yours may be on its way
soon. |
| But
I filled out and turned in my direct
deposit several weeks ago and it is
still not active |
For
your security and for the sake of
efficiency we take our time to get
all the information correct and it
could have also been that your
routing and account numbers did not
match what your bank requires for
electronic payments. |
| Will
you mail me my payroll check? |
We will mail checks but require
authorization and agreement by
employees to pay the $30.00 check
replacement fee should your check
get lost in the mail. You may send
us an authorization to mail your
check
here. |
| I
received my paycheck and the number
of hours or my pay rate was
incorrect |
Innovative
gets your hours directly from the
Cowboys Stadium Timekeeping system
called ABI. If you feel your hours
paid or pay rate were not consistent
with what you were clocked in at you
should contact your Cowboys
representative or supervisor. |
| I
arrived and clocked in for an event
at 1:00 pm and worked until 12:00 AM
and was only paid from 2:30 to
11:30, why? |
If
your scheduled Call Time was for
2:30 and you showed up at 1:00, then
you will only be paid starting at
2:30. Cowboys does not pay you based
on when you arrive, but for the time
you were scheduled. Please contact
your supervisor if you have any
concerns about your hours and check
the Online
Scheduling System to ensure you
are working when you are supposed
to. |
| I
did not have a badge for my last
event, how do I go about receiving
one? |
You
may contact Innovative
here and submit
your name and approximately the date
and day of week you first
interviewed or were hired and we
will try and locate your badge photo
and get it to Cowboys to make your
badge for your next training or
event. |
| I
was hired and went to training back
in May but have not been paid for
training. When will I get paid for
training time and my walk-through
hours? |
You
will receive your training pay when
you work your first event or are
scheduled for time at the Stadium,
whichever comes first. At that time,
you will be deducted for your
uniform ($25.00). The Cowboys are
trying to schedule as many team
members as possible for events
before the football season, so if
you haven't been scheduled yet you
will be soon, so hang in there. |
| I
cannot log into the online schedule
system, what should I do? |
If
you are having problems accessing
ABI, contact Cowboys Stadium or
Innovative |
| How
do I change or update my payroll
information, such as direct deposit
info, home address, and phone
number? |
