Our Approach

Our employee-first approach has made us a crowd favorite from the beginning. Because Innovative has been staffing positions across hundreds of industries since 1995 we have had to adapt to the changing workplace and the needs of each unique person.

We also know that without the best people, no entertainment venue can be successful. We believe in the 13th Man Philosophy, that without a good stadium staff the fans would never create a true "home field advantage," or twelfth man.

Because many of our employees have full-time jobs we know that we have to be able to use the latest technologies to reach them, whether via regular email updates or text messages.

Changes in event schedules, report times, parking, weather, payroll and more are sent to our employees to ensure they have the most accurate and up-to-date info possible.
